All miniatures are individually made to order, so production usually takes 5-15 working days, depending on the size of the order and the current workload of our production. If you have any questions about the current status of your order or other questions, do not hesitate to contact us via our contact form or the chat function.

Once your order is fully printed and cleaned, it will be handed over to one of our carriers. We mostly work with DPD and UPS. Delivery within Germany takes 2-3 days / EU 2-5 days / UK 5-7 days / US 10-15 days.
